Has it really been over a month since I last posted.. I am sooo bad lately about keeping my blogger up :( please forgive me..

So in the life of me.... hmm... Everything is going well with the man and I (his name is Nick).... I started teaching at the local community college this month which has been very interesting to say the least... but it is fun.. I have 8 students including one that I graduated from high school with... Business has been slow at my job so I am officially on a part time status till who knows when.. That means that I am only working 32 hours a week... too bad it was not summer and I could be out having fun with the kids....

Dez is doing well in dance.. She is getting ready for her recital which will be in June... so that has been a lot of fun... She is learning new moves everyday.....

Seth made perfect attendance for the first nine weeks.. the only one in his class to do so at his school.. Yeah!!!!!

Oh and yes I have gotten some scrapping done... woo hoo... I made a mini album out of Wassail... Gotta get pics taken of it so I can get that posted this week

I can not believe that it has been 3 weeks since I have blogged... ARG! It is all good though.. my carpal tunnel surgery came out ok.. though what was supposed to have been a cyst was a tumor... benign though thank the good lord...

In the mean time I have met a wonderful guy... and I am sooo happy...

On the scrapping front.. well that has been non existent... :( Hopefully this weekend... though there are lots of plans going on as it is right before Christmas

Yup I have done yet more scrapping today.. woo hooo...

I did this one off of Sketch #7 at Rough Draft Sketches... They have such awesome sketches there... and I have Alecia to thank for sending me there.... I also used the Scenic Route Liberty line.. I think that the coolest thing is that it is so versatile... This LO is in no way anything close to a 4th of July or patriotic LO... it is however one of my favorite pics of my kids from AGES ago...

Well I went to a crop at church last night and I got some LO's done... WOO HOO.. I was actually productive which is not a normal thing for me lol

Well you know how you really hate to go to a dr because you go in for one thing and come out diagnosed with another.... well that happened to me... Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers the next 2 weeks.....

I have this crazy lump on my right forearm.. I know that it was something that I would have to have surgery to remove it.. I was ok with that... well they come to tell me that they think that I may have carpal tunnel too... :( I am really thinking it is just the cyst making the symptoms... needless to say I have to go have a stupid test where they put needles in your arm next week to test the nerves then 2 weeks from today I find out what they are going to do...

Please pray it will just be the simple cyst removal.. I really can not afford to take anymore time off work....

I am sooooo impressed with myself.. I actually got some scrapping done last night and today.. Last night Rachel and I got together and scrapped for 3 hours... and WOW did we actually get something done. I got a LO and my mini album done... Bring that forward to today I actually sat and did more scrapping... I did Sketch #3 on Inspired Blueprints So I got that done and uploaded.. it is of Desaray from her dance class parents night last month. Without further ado here it is...

So my kids went to their dads for the weekend and my little (now by little I mean 20 lol) said hey what you doing.... wanna go to Cedar Point..... Well after looking at the website I realized that the admission for a nighttime was only $26... so I was like sure you pay parking and I can handle that... so off we went.... Well after we got in the parking lot a wonderful couple offered us a ticket for $20 as they were from Ontario and the other couple that was supposed to come with them backed out at the last minute.... so we save $6 there... and well we did not eat anything in the park but a soda... so we made out pretty good... and my goodness there was like no one there and we had a blast riding the coasters... there were like no lines and we got right on... It was sooo much fun!

I so can not believe that my baby will be 9 tomorrow... It seems like just yesterday that her dad and I were waiting on her to be born, then when she finally was born we were faced with not knowing if she lived as she was born purple.... Though today you would never know this... especially as she is being an airhead running around the house looking for her tap shoes... saying that they were not where she left well low and behold she just found them where they were supposed to be....

I still remember how long it took us to convince my grandfather to hold her at the hospital.. but once we convinced him he loved her like she was his own.... He protected her until the day he died. In the hospital right before he died she climbed in his bed with him and sat beside him as his little helper. He was so proud of his Shanador. we still till this day do not know where he got that name from but that is what he called her and she answered to it when he called her..... Anyone else could call her that and she would not answer just answered to him

Sorry for the rambling.. just thinking about old times... and how fast time flies.

ARG! Only one more week and she will be 9.. I can not believe how fast that time flies... it seems like just yesterday she was born... she is sooo becoming a little lady.. Tonight she made us supper... yup you read it right.. she made my mom and I supper..... we had Sloppy Joes and Salad and yogurt... now mind you the hamburger was already fried so she just had to warm it up.. and I helped mix everything in the sloppy joes.... but other than that she did the rest herself... WOW I never thought I would see the day that my child wanted to fix me a meal...

Well I really should try to keep this updated better... I am such a slacker sometimes...

I have been keeping myself way busy... I have crocheted 5 scarves this week. Also have been busy working on Desaray's birthday invites. Today will be a fun day as I am going to be working with the neighbor lady making some cards for Christmas presents.

Also this week was parents night at the dance studio where Dez is in dance at. Here are some pics from that - Guess I shoudl point out she is in the black

Well the much needed update is that Joe and I have split... yeah after I had everything ready to go he decided that he did not want to come home to be married, nor did he want to have a relationship with me anymore... apparently he is not ready, but whatever.... so I will deal with it... and move on... one day I will find the perfect man that will be good for my kids and I....

So as far as scrapping wise well I have not done the scrapping I should have been, but will soon be starting again... I have got the stuff to enter a contest from the LSS so hopefully I can get that done and maybe win...

Well they blocked me from updating this at work so I am slow... at making sure I get these updated... but I definitely have to keep this going as the days are being counted down...

So here is the update....

Joe and I will be married October 3rd.. I can not wait till he is able to make it home in 2 and a half weeks... It will be nice to be able to have him here everyday again... I also can not wait to be able to spend everyday with him...

The next is that Desaray and I will be leaving here on October 12th. That means that 32 days from today we fly out from Cleveland... I can not wait to get on that plane to go over there and spend the rest of my life with Joe.

That brings me to the third thing and that is that Seth moved in with his dad.. it is hard but I knew that at some point in time that it could happen... he is happy so that is what matters...

Well I will keep this updated more...

I am going to try to be the good blogger and blog just about everyday... we will see how that goes...

I have to say I am having sooo many different mixed emotions that it is crazy! First it is sooo hard when you realize that for the last 12 years I have always been the primary bread winner in my marriages... and well in less than 2 and a half months I will no longer be that.. I will be a SAHM! OMG! it is sooo freaking scary yet awesome in the same sense... Next I am sooo excited at the chance to be able to go to another country... and to start my life over.... be a new person where no one knows my past and can not judge me for anything!

Well i best get my butt in gear and get some work done it is month end after all :)

Packing
On the packing note I officially started packing my first box to send.. it is a box of scrapbooking stuff.... WOW you never realize how much you can weed out till you realize you have to move everything.. more like mail everything.... which by the way stinks.... so before anyone asks why we have to pay to move all my stuff when he is in the Air Force... it is because I will not be a command sponsored spouse... but when we get to come home I will be on the orders so everything will be paid for woo hoo....

Wow it has been interesting getting to learn all the Air Force Jargon... or rather military jargon.. and then when I go rattling it off to someone and realize that they have nooooo clue what I am talking about... so here is the first term I will teach you...

Well needless to say it is 145 AM and i can not sleep.. I am not sure why... but it is all good.. I will come here and vent away... I know that not too many people read this so it is all good I can vent all that I want..... One of my biggest vents for the last week was that I found out that my little cousin was feeding my ex with everything that I have done... I am not sure when it is his business as he is doing whatever and been living with some girl since he left..... so I am just glad to be done with it... I guess I am sure that it will make lots of people mad but I am not putting up with her crap any more... if it means that I lose my aunt as a babysitter.. well so be it.. this shit is old...

Well then there is the whole Joe thing... overall it is going great... lets say that there will be many changes in everyones lives this summer.... I know that many people will be upset with those changes also.. but what can you do.. you can not please everyone and I have decided that if I please my self my kids and my significant other.. well than soooo be it...

On a side note... something that has come up has made me soooo excited... I found out that it is a possibility that I will be able to be a SAHM for a bit... how exciting would that be... now while I love working and bringing home money I have never ever been a SAHM and to be able to have the opportunity to do that is unbelievable to me... if I can do this it is also a possibility that I will be home schooling the kids for either a semester or a year.... this tooo would be something that would be cool.. however the whole patience thing is something that I need to make sure I have... lol... I am one that can run out of patience so this would make me work on it...

Please keep the kids and I in your thoughts and prayers as we really really need it right now!

Well I am sooo way excited.... 5 months from yeterday I will be spending a week in Germany... how exciting is that! Also I found even better news about the trip.. of which I am sooooo excited!!!!! well I can not share it.. so you all will have to wonder and find out later.....

Also in 33 days Joe will be here.. so that is way cool... another week of fun :) We are planning on taking all the kids to Kalahari the17 and 18.... then the beach and the putt putt thing on the 21st... so it will be a blast of a week... the 22nd will be hard though as he will be leaving :(

Yup 10 Days

Oops.. it has been 10 days since I updated this blog... well in that week not a lot has happened....

Last week was a crazy week for me... at work it was month end close and it was pretty interesting to work as I normally do not work more than 40 hours and even with a dentist appointment and a few long lunches still put in OT. It was crazy....

Well since my mother had other plans than spending it with us for today..... so yesterday we went to the zoo and had a great time! It was a pretty good time.... Today we went to church and ended up being asked if we wanted to go to Subway for lunch with a good friend of mine.. so we ended spending the rest of the day with her and her daughter....

Well I have been told by Rachel that is she miss slacker is keeping up with her blog that I need to to... so I am trying my best

This week has been a killer one at work.... I have had this huge report that I had to do and well it sucked... but it is done now... now it is month end... eeeks... and because of that dumb report I am a week behind on getting month end stuff done.... it stinks... oh well I have till Tuesday to get it all finished... lol...

Well on another note I have to say to say that I am addicted to a game now.. it is called Puzzle Quest... it is like this puzzle type bejeweled game put together with a building an empire type game - the bejeweled type game has a different twists to it.. you have to kill your enemy by matching skulls... lol... and you move form place to place like an quest... it is way cool... I became addicted to it at my kids grandma's Jody's she had it for the Wii.. and well last night on my adventures I found it for the DS.. so I bought it and took over the kids DS. lol... bad mom....

And here is my celebration for the week... I have found a bathing suit that I like!!! Yes I guess that should be a celebration for the summer... I actually found one that is a 2 piece... though being it is a tankini it looks one piece... it is comfortable and does not make me look like a grandma or look fat... that is the absolutely best part of it... I have not been able to find a suit I like in forever... The last one I had make me look like a grandma as it has the skirt thing on it...lol... And the thing of this one is that with shipping and tax it cost me $28.00 THANK YOU WALMART!! lol... and $.97 shipping is the best,... so my shipping ended up being $1.94 and it got there in record time... lol... wooo hoo... will have it for our trip to Kalahari in June and I will not be a screaming mimi about not having a bathing suit I like 2 days before we leave..... you know going with the guy gotta have something I like... :)

Well I am soooo excited.. I have such a positive thing going on in my life right now.... this would be that I am now dating a wonderful wonderful guy... It is so weird how fate just works in a weird way... well I was doing some digging into all the Clyde High School Alumni and just about gave up when I ran across someone I had dated in high school.. the brief 15 year old thing... lol... well I sent him a message and low and behold it was him.... so we started talking and well both of us were going through divorces.... so we started talking and well it has blossomed from there...... he is in the Air Force and it has entitled me to the fact that I will be going to Germany in October... woo hooo

Also 2 weeks ago he sent me 50 beautiful roses.

Well this is one that I just want to vent for myself in... I am so hating certain men right now... they feel that they are better then though and can just get away with what ever.... well screw you.. I know better and I will not be used....

On another not ever think about fate.... well the past week has been one of those things for me.... yeah... fate.... unbelieveable... you think that certain things happen for a reason and well now it is just getting weird... and I am constantly reminded of what a dumb 15 year old I was :) but do we not all do dumb things when we were in high school????? so all I can say is that time will tell and hopefully it will be all good......... and I am owed a trip to the Eiffel tower

Just have to get a couple of things off of my chest... figure that not many people read me so I can put whatever in this blog :)

This week will suck.... I am excited as I go to the eye Dr tomorrow.... so I can get contacts again... have not had any in like 2 years... so woooo hoooo.... then it is off to Bellevue to get my papers signed :( In one way I am excited in another way I am sad... another chapter ending... but maybe another opening...

Then my kids tonight are on my last nerve... they think that it is worth tempting me and making me mad.. then wonder why I am the mean one... yeah the one who drove then 15 minutes just to get an ice cream cone :( What the heck.......

All I want to do tonight is CRY!!!!

Well the last month has been eventful in our household... poor Seth has been sick and well that proceeded to lead to having his tonsils out yesterday... so I spent the day at the hospital with my poor baby... he did so well though.... Coming out of the anesthetic was rough.. he literally was standing on the gurney.. it was horrible... thank the lord his dad was there to help hold him down till he started to come out of it.... other than that life has been uneventful...

Well I was tagged by Jen so here are 5 little known facts...

1 - my kids are 10 1/2 months apart - my little god sends as the dr told me afterwards that I should never have been able to get pregnant

2 - I am almost done with my MBA

3 - My mom was a single mom all her life....

4 - I have just recently moved back to the city that I grew up in... my kids do not go to the same elementary school; however my best friend from high school teachs kindergarten there... it is weird... never thought my kids would be talking about Mr. Mussell... lol...

5 - I never expected to be divorced once let alone twice.. so I have decided I will never get married again... why risk failing again.. I know not a good way to look at it.. but that is how I am looking at it...

I thought that I had posted this week... obviously not... today is such a crappy day. :( All I want to do is cry all day.... It has just been awful.... I have spent so much time thinking this weekend that it is not good for me... I wish that I did not have to think.. I think that part of it is that I am getting ready to file for the divorce and that just puts a finality to it.. and I just am not handling it well.. I think that when we said those vows it was for good and now here I am at it again... does anyone realize what a failure I feel like... i mean 2 divorces.... it sucks... what kind of person am I?? I never wanted to do this once let alone twice... I will never make it or be a good person... i just think that so many people are looking down on me.... :( It just SUCKS!!!! Someday in maybe 50 years it will be better... Somedays (like today) the only things that are good and to live for are my kids... but then they annoy me too sometimes.... wish that they did not have to see their dad... they come home all grumpy and mouthy... Got my income tax and went and spent over $200 on clothes for them and my son was disappointed and my daughter says... about time you got style like my dads girlfriend :( How low does that make me feel.....

Well it has only been like 2 weeks since I posted a blog! WOW!!

Nothing much new has happened in the last couple weeks... just working and taking classes... then trying to scrapbook when I can... not that it is enough....

I am just finishing up my Design team term at the LSS! It was fun and I will miss it.....

My new years resolution is that I will update this a lot more than I have in the past... that being said... there is a big update... Tom and I have split.. he decided apparently that he needed to move on... yeah... whatever.. same story as the last.. she is just my friend but I have moved in with her..... hmmm... life stinks.... but on another note the kids and I have moved into a beautiful victorian duplex and are loving it.... It is soo much better than our last one... it is much much warmer... said that the favorite thing that my kids like about it is that it is warm....

Other than that I am working.. have went back to school to finish my last 5 MBA classes... and try to scrapbook when I can... I am on the LSS design team which has been very cool.

I am a slacker.... Everytime I am going to blog.. I do something else.... so here goes.. I am doing nothing but blogging today.. lol...

hmm.. update.. I have been busy with work.. Currently I just sent out my resume for a new job... so please hope and pray for me.. it is a job make much more than I do now which is not much for the education I have.... the kids have been doing well.. They spent 2 1/2 weeks with their grandparents in KY.. to which they had fun.. now it is getting ready to go back to school... I have to tell you I hate school shopping.. it is horrible.... Last but not least is Tom.. he has been working working and working... WE will soon be celebrating our 1 year anniversary.. how does time go by soo fast??

This weekend will be a busy one for me.... first off tomorrow night we are going to the Monster Truck Jam in Toledo that I won tickets for... (the kids are sooo excited) and then the rest of the weekend I will be scrapping... http://www.theschoolofscrap.com is having a crop hop.. which I am soo excited to be involved in... A Fast update

Sat I went to the Expo for Susie and Rachel and had a blast... took my poor cousin Melissa to shop and the poor thing was soooo tired.. plus got to work.. lol... we had a lot of fun.. we were exhausted though by the time we got home... we left at 530AM and got home at 10 PM...

Since then I have been crazy here at work.. can I say I hate month end close... lol... this month has been a real hectic one since we had to close for the quarter as well as the month... so we are stressed to the max this week... lol... right now I am killing a few minutes waiting on our controller to finish something.... then I get to leave here and go grocery shopping... what joy.. lol... oh yeah.. have to get Easter stuff sometime too :( Thank goodness we are off on Friday.. not sure what we will be doing... but apparently spending some time together with the kids till they go to their dads that evening... then Sunday will be singing in the Easter Cantata.

Well... I best get scooting.. I need to upload some of my latest LO's tonight.. maybe some pics too.. have to give you all something new to look at.. lol..

My Crazy week..

I have sooo decided that I will always type my blog in word.. then transfer it over… every time I go to highlight the stupid thing to copy it incase it will not post.. Blogger loses it… why why why

Anyways.. here is my MBA update….. I talked to the head of the MBA program and she basically told me I will never be able to be readmitted to the MBA program.. the reason for this is that I have dropped some classes in the last year and received 2 of my C’s… well let me tell you.. the one of classes I dropped before they even started because of being sick.. and the other set was because of the buyout going on here at work… I could not keep up with the work and my work at work… so I still can appeal it to the Dean.. but not sure what I should do…. But taking it all in stride that I can use the extra time to scrapbook…

This week.. well I had a tooth pulled on Friday so I spent most of the weekend on the couch… I did get 2 pages done this weekend… one I have to add the pictures to and embellish yet… but I used the CK Easy patterns book.. it was soooo nice to be able to finish pages fast.. just have to put pics on them.. it tells you exactly how to cut the paper… and you get 4 pages, 1 card and another project done…

Well I gotta jet off to get some work done…

Girls... I am having a crappy day... I got a stupid letter from school that I have been dismissed from the MBA program because I got 3 c's.. I can not help that I have been sick... Spent a whole semester trying to get better... I need some encouragement.. I feel like all I wanna do is cry.. I do not care about anything... :(

Sorry tomorrow will be spent on the phone with them to try and get this straightened out..

Well since my blog was all ready to go 2 days ago and all got erased.. I am going to do 2 days of blogging in one entry…

Kid wise…
Well Tuesday night was just a bad night all together and well they were mad at me as well… it was one of those days anything I did made them mad…. :( except for the trip we made to the ice cream shop next to our house….Well eventually it was better and they went to bed… last night.. it was not too bad… The kids had Awana so I had a quiet two hours… when they came home Seth was happy that he had passed 1 section, and Desaray passed a couple.. She got a new jewel in her crown… her 3rd red one.. they finally were going to get ready for bed and Papa Taylor showed up… wanted to drop a bunch of candy off before he headed back to KY today…I have about 4 pounds of candy at my house….. Lots of Snickers… :)
The kids received their Spring pictures back this week… They are very good… Seth’s look sooo him.. Dez’s well they are cute as she is missing her front teeth… do you think that when their Dad saw them that he could make a positive comment about it… no of course not.. he had to make a smartass comment about how she should not have smiled… This is the last time that he will see their school pics.. if he wants some then he can contact the school and order them… I guess I am ranting about it.. but it is frustrating.. if it was Hunter he would be plopping money down in a heart beat to get them… why does he have to be so freaking cheap to his kids…. I guess that is why I am no longer married to him.. I am glad to have Tom… He treats the kids sooo much like his… anyone think that they can get him to sign off parental rights… lord that would make my life so much easier… I mean when he has to watch the kids he has a fit about it… not like he is working right now but he feels that god forbid that he have to watch them when we do not have a babysitter… then he complains about how much it is… ARG!!!!!!!!!!!

Tuesday was a crappy rotten day.. everything went wrong.. work was horrible….. :( got home… Tom and I were fighting… :( over something trivial and stupid… then I scrounged up some change to take the kids to the ice cream place… and was short 15 cents… so I was grouchy… The night finally got better…. Last night I felt like crap and dealing with the idiot just did not make my night any better…

My one good thing of Tuesday was that I received a paper to be in the Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women.. What an honor.. though one of the ladies here at work was not very nice about it. :( ruined my happiness about it.

Tom
He is doing well.. working all the time… :( :) He was asked to pick up a shift on Saturday afternoon which he is doing… the money will be nice to help us get caught up..

Also I need to remember to take more pictures... I found myself looking at my camera last night realizing that I had not used it like I should... please pester me for pics so I remember to use it...

Long time.... UPDATE!!!

Guess that I should get my butt in gear and keep this thing up to date... :) It has been sooooo crazy around my house lately... Lets see

The beginning of Feb Tom had all kinds of urinary problems... It all ended up coming out ok but still ended up that he had a catheter for 2 weeks before everything was taken care of... It looks as if he will have to have surgery in the future but at the present time it will be ok...

Then while this was all happening of course he could not start his new job which sucked... so no $$$$$$ so I am a big broke woman.. lol... Well he finally has started and before he has even finished his shadowing he was offered a full time job.. . YEAH!!! plus the opportunity for OT is great!! Though I will probably never see him.. lol...

In Between all this we moved.... Thank goodness after almost 3 years we are out of my trailer... we have rented a huge duplex... Our side is about 3000 square feet... My kitchen is sooo big.. I love it... it actually makes me wanna cook as I have room to do lots of things.. .lol.... In the week that we have lived there I have actually baked 3 times... well 2 if you do not count the cookies I burnt up last night... oops.. do not tell Tom... lol....I put the timer on and forgot about them because they were not done when the timer went off.... They were nice and hard.... lol... and in the trash they went.... I also have nice scraproom.. of course on the that I have to share with Tom :( so he can have his computer in there.. lol... but I think I can handle it... lol.... I may have to have him run Cable.. so that I have something to watch in there... as I can not see the TV since it is on the other side of the house.. and the best time to scrap is when all the good shows are on... :( and it stinks.. because then I will watch TV rather than scrap.. bad bad Marie... especially since Tom will be working afternoons... this would be the perfect time to scrap... so I will have to beg.. maybe he will read this and take sympathy with me... and get that outlet ran.. :)

Other than that the kids are great... Dez is pulling all A's and one high B in school.. Her B is in Phonics... Seth loves school and can not wait to go everyday...

Oh.. back on me,..... I get to go to the Scrapbooking Expo in Columbus on March 31st.. and work... to represent Scrap Happy.. so if anyone comes.. please stop and say HI!!!

This LO was inspired from a challenge on www.lifetimemoments.com I am involved in Winter Scrapfest there.. not that I have to be... however it has given me a great reason to scrap.

The pictures on this LO were taken by Tom on our Honeymoon. I believe that they were on the flight from Atlanta to Charleston. I felt that the challenge to use this verse fit perfect with these pictures.

Wow I did not realize it had been almost a week since I had posted on this.... oops..

well this weekend was a nice one... Friday night I went to see my Aunt in the hospital then came home and unloaded groceries while talking on my cell phone and well tumbled down my 2 stairs going into my house and needless to say have messed up knees from hitting the concrete.. . Saturday was a day of not much.. relaxed made some cookies and enjoyed the house to myself... Sunday was church where the kids had their Christmas program.. It was very nice.. talking about how all kids want are toys and do not remember what Christmas is really about.... then Tom and I went and finished most of our Christmas shopping....

This week I will finishing Tom's Christmas shopping tomorrow with the kids... then wrapping wrapping and wrapping

Well I have decided that I needed to start a new blog up again.. The last one was taken down because someone had a fit about what I wrote on it... GRR!!! anyways.. moving on... Only 13 more days till Christmas but better than that... only 10 more days till I get a 4 day vacation then come pack work 2 days and have 4 more off... YEAH!!!!
